Can employees create their own accounts?
No. An employee activates access only through a valid invitation from their company.
Can one company use several services?
Yes. One workspace can manage multiple service categories while each screen adapts to that kind of work.
Does the employee app work on a phone?
Yes. The employee experience is mobile-first and prepared to continue as an installable PWA.
LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Effective September 13, 2026. These terms govern access to AimTeams Solutions and its field-work management services.
Privacy & Terms Agreement
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and be authorized to create and manage a workspace for the business. Workspace owners control employee access and are responsible for promptly removing access that is no longer appropriate.
2. Subscription and billing
A valid payment method is required. The first month is $0, the second month is $9.99, and the third month onward is $29.99 per month until canceled. Additional employee capacity is $10 per month for each block of up to 50, and each additional service category is a $10 one-time purchase. Recurring charges are processed automatically through Stripe.
3. Cancellation and changes
You may manage or cancel billing through the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already earned, except where required by law. AimTeams may update pricing or these terms with reasonable advance notice for future billing periods.
4. Field work and location
AimTeams organizes assignments, tasks, evidence and reports. Location is requested only for defined work events such as starting or completing a job, when enabled. Employers are responsible for providing legally required notices, obtaining permissions, and using employee data lawfully.
5. Customers and providers
Businesses listed in the partner directory are independent providers. AimTeams is not a party to their estimates, contracts, services, pricing, scheduling or disputes, and does not guarantee licensing, availability or work quality. Customers and providers must verify these matters directly.
6. Acceptable use and content
You retain responsibility for information, photos and records uploaded to the service. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or unauthorized content, or use AimTeams to violate another person’s privacy or rights.
7. Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. AimTeams may maintain, improve or suspend features and does not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the prior twelve months.
8. Privacy, disputes and contact
AimTeams uses account, business, operational and billing-related information to provide and secure the service. Stripe processes card details; AimTeams does not receive full card numbers or CVV. Florida law governs these terms to the extent permitted, and questions may be sent through the official AimTeams support channel published in the application.
